Finding Flow, Strength and Stillness: Inside Yogita Yoga
At the heart of Yogita Yoga is a simple yet powerful mission: to create a space where people can reconnect with themselves.
Marion Morningstar describes her studio as more than just movement - it's also a sanctuary for rest, reflection, and renewal.
She fell in love with that vision during her five years teaching here, and in 2022 took the leap to purchase the business, continuing to grow and evolve it with her own energy ever since.
Yogita Yoga is a studio designed for everybody, regardless of experience or ability. With a diverse timetable that includes Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative yoga, and Sound Healing sessions, clients are invited to explore a variety of practices that support both physical strength and inner stillness. Each class is guided by a team of dedicated and compassionate teachers who bring a wealth of knowledge and lived experience into the space.
What sets Yogita Yoga apart is its commitment to authenticity and inclusivity. Rooted in traditional practices, the studio encourages mindful movement, conscious breathing, and the often-overlooked practice of turning inward. It’s a place where clients can release, reset, and simply be, whether they’re seeking energy and flow or calm and restoration.
For Marion, the inspiration behind Yogita Yoga comes from a deep passion for the transformative benefits of yoga. She believes in its ability to support holistic wellbeing, physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically, and has built her business around sharing that with others.
Like many business owners, Marion faced challenges along the way, particularly when it came to growing her client base. Seeking guidance and support, she joined the Women in Business Foundations Program through the Adelaide Business Hub. Having previously worked with mentor Sharni from SMJ Consulting, Marion saw the program as an opportunity to gain clarity and direction during a period of change in her business.
Through the program, Marion uncovered valuable insights, not just in strategy, but in mindset. She identified psychological barriers that had been holding her back and learned how to move beyond them, stepping into a more confident and abundant approach to business. The impact has been tangible: a clearer social media strategy, defined goals, and a renewed sense of direction.
Today, Marion feels a greater sense of flow in her business, with improved confidence influencing every aspect of her operations. Yogita Yoga continues to grow as a nurturing space for community, connection, and wellbeing.
For other business owners considering the Women in Business Foundations Program, Marion’s advice is simple: if you’re facing challenges or seeking clarity, it’s worth it. The program offers practical tools, fresh perspectives, and the support needed to move forward with confidence.
