Full Circle Care – Redefining Women’s Health in Adelaide

When Dr. Preetam Ganu first dreamt of Full Circle Care Women’s Health Centre, she envisioned more than just a clinic — she saw a sanctuary for women.

A place where care was comprehensive, seamless, and truly centred around the diverse needs of women at every stage of life. Today, that vision is becoming a vibrant reality in the heart of Cumberland Park.

Located on Goodwood Road, Full Circle Care is a growing multidisciplinary women’s health hub offering a wide range of services under one roof. Dr. Ganu, an experienced obstetrician and gynaecologist with over two decades of experience, leads a passionate team including women’s health GPs, as well as a psychologist, women’s health physiotherapist, and dietitian. Together, they’re working to transform the way women experience healthcare.

“We want to empower women to take charge of their health and lives,” says Dr. Ganu. “It’s not just about treating symptoms, it’s about educating, supporting and redefining what women’s health should look like.”

Full Circle Care offers diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of conditions including painful or heavy periods, fertility concerns, abnormal cervical screening results, and endometriosis. Collaborations with major private hospitals such as Flinders Private, Ashford, and North Eastern Community allow for timely surgical interventions like advanced laparoscopy and hysterectomy.

The goal? A one-stop shop for women’s health – where services are connected, accessible, and empathetic. Beyond Adelaide, the clinic also aims to leverage technology to reach women in rural and remote communities, ensuring no one is left behind.

But building this holistic healthcare model hasn’t come without challenges. From HR and recruitment to cash flow and marketing, launching such an ambitious clinic was at times overwhelming. That’s when Dr. Ganu turned to the Women in Business Foundations Program through Adelaide Business Hub.

“The support was incredibly timely,” she reflects. “Having a mentor who could break down strategy into clear, actionable steps, made a world of difference. I gained clarity and the confidence to execute a referral campaign that now aligns perfectly with our broader marketing goals.”

Through the program, Dr. Ganu found guidance not just in operational strategy but also in leadership. She praises the accountability structure, webinars, and mentoring that helped her align her vision with practical tools for growth. “Running a business isn’t something you can master alone. The Women in Business program was that missing piece that brought it all together.”

For other women entrepreneurs considering the program, Dr. Ganu offers strong encouragement: “It’s tailored to your business, wherever you're at. It gives you fresh perspective, opens doors, and — most importantly — gives you someone to talk to when you’re figuring it out on the go.”

As Full Circle Care continues to grow, Dr. Ganu’s dream of a full-service, inclusive women’s health centre is taking powerful shape — with plans to welcome more specialists, expand services, and continue giving back to the community through research, education, and outreach.
