During this 2-hour interactive workshop, we will touch on the following points and discuss

- What is ISO certification
- Why is ISO certification important
- Where to start for ISO certification
- How to obtain ISO certification
We will have 2 activities, a speaker will come in and discuss benefits, etc., and an auditor.
You will learn how to take the first steps in obtaining ISO and its benefits.
